The guidelines to exercising.
We all know we should exercise but how much do we need to be "healthy"? According to the CDC there are minimums. We need 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity AND 2x week of strength training. If a 150 minutes is overwhelming, start small and do gradual increases. It can be 30 minutes 5x week of aerobic activity or about 20 minutes a day. You can even start with 5 minutes a day.
