What you can expect

Flexibility to fit your schedule

Counseling sessions are available in person at the Durham office of A Stronger Tomorrow, or virtually. 

 

Virtual (telehealth) sessions are scheduled like regular appointments, and all you need is an internet connection for the video call. Calls go through Simple Practice, a HIPPA compliant program.

First visit

Ahead of our first meeting, you’ll complete the 360 Health Assessment Form. At your appointment, we’ll discuss it, along with your goals and your barriers. We’ll look over what you eat, your eating behaviors, exercise habits, sleeping and bathroom issues.

 

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan and give you the tools you need to reach your goals.

Follow-up sessions

Together we will decide how frequently to meet to help you stay accountable and meet your goals.

 

In the follow-up sessions, we’ll discuss any barriers you’ve encountered since beginning your new plan. We’ll also continue the journey of lifestyle changes. I believe baby steps make the biggest difference.

  • Available for $150/Hour

  • I accept cash and credit card (including HSA and FSA)

  • Payment is due at the time of service

15-minute follow-up sessions

  • Short on time but need extra guidance? I now offer current clients brief supplemental sessions 

  • Designed to cover one or two focused topics

  • 15 minutes for $35
