Recipe which includes anti inflammatory foods from Real Food Whole Life Turmeric Tahini Chicken Salad ingredients: for the sauce: 1 t turmeric, 1 T tahini sesame butter, 1 garlic clove, 1 t honey (optional), 1/4 t salt, 2 T apple cider vinegar, 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil for the chicken: 2 c cooked shredded chicken, 1 c shredded carrots, 1 c slaw or finely shredded cabbage, 1-2 green onions, 1/4 c raisins Mix: sauce ingredients, mix chicken ingredients and pour sauce ingredients over chicken.
