Research says..... blood glucose and lipid metabolism
Research shows that a 3-5% weight loss can have an impact on your lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. What does that mean? It means that if you lose weight, even a little bit, your cholesterol lab numbers and blood sugar numbers will improve.
