The modern world is complicated
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, low on energy or unsure what's actually working when it comes to their nutrition. At the same time, there's often more going on beneath the surface. (High blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre diabetes, diabetes, thyroid concerns, menopause, inflammation, to name a few.) Some clients need elimination diets to pinpoint trouble sources. Others are trying to lose weight, with or without the help of GLP-1s. We’ll take all of this into account while focusing on realistic changes you can actual maintain.

My approach: I will guide you, support you, and help you understand what's working and what isn’t. We’ll build from where you are, without focusing on being perfect. We’ll focus on making changes that are realistic for you. You’ll always part of the decision-making, so the changes we make actually fit your life.
We’ll look at what you eat, and we’ll look at your patterns of eating (some of which you may not even be aware of). Changes may be needed to reach your goals, but we’ll find a balance and a pace that works for you, focusing on small adjustments which add up over time. Because consistent change (even if it’s slow) is what actually lasts.
